At the age of twenty five, Cindy decided to pursue her passion for teaching. She completed childcare education courses at Miami Dade and in 2011 she opened a home learning center that was licensed by the Department of Children and Families as well as Early Learning Coalition. During the three years Cindy operated the home learning center, her love for teaching grew stronger and stronger and it became clear that not only did she enjoy teaching but that she also had a passion for working with young children.
After three years of running a successful home learning center, she learned what it took to run and manage a healthy loving environment where children and their families felt comfortable. Cindy decided it was time to explore a different childcare environment and share her love for children.
In 2014 she accepted a job as a VPK teacher at ABF learning center. Cindy continued to grow and learn. She then went on to taking different childcare training courses to expand her knowledge in the child care development field.
By now you can acknowledge the fact that Cindy truly enjoys working alongside young children. Not only is she a mother of seven but also a caregiver and teacher. Being that Cindy has always had a special place in her heart for children, one of her dreams has always been to adopt a child in need. In 2016 Cindy and her husband attended training to receive their foster care license. After several months, God blessed their family with two year old twin girls. On April 12th 2018, they were granted full custody and became parents to their twin daughters.
During this time Cindy had been working at Christ Fellowship Academy for two years. Working at CFA has been one of the most rewarding opportunities Cindy has experienced in her ten years in working with children. CFA did not only encourage her to expand her education in childcare development but also inspired her to teach children the word of God.
As a believer in Christ it was not difficult for Cindy to fit into such an amazing Christ centered environment. Throughout the years, Christ Fellowship has influenced and motivated Cindy to reach her highest potential in many areas which led to the inspiration to open and run her own Christian home learning center. Cindy trusting in God's guidance, took all the necessary training to obtain her directors license in childcare management. Cindy is now pursuing one of her many goals in life to operate not just a childcare learning center but a Christ centered environment for young children and their families. To Mrs. Gispert, there is nothing more rewarding than to experience the love of Christ in young souls and to share her passion with others.
Fruit of the Spirit Early Learning Center is focused on making sure each child in our care is developmentally growing physically, emotionally, and academically. Our curriculum is based on age appropriate activities and crafts to help reinforce a 2-4 year old child's skills and concepts from unit themes to exciting and colorful related pages. Our preschool program is Christ based, therefore we incorporate The Beginners Bible along with praise and worship.
Our mission is to implement the fruit of the spirit while teaching and developing students to achieve academic excellence in a structured Christ-centered environment while also creating a safe and fun space for children to enhance their learning. We believe a child’s early experiences enrich and stimulate future growth. Children deserve to be treated and respected as individuals in an environment that welcomes reason, exploration, question, and imagination. We respect each child’s need for love, security, acceptance, warmth, and stimulation.
